PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  I am collecting band instruments and monetary donations to help Norwalk High School marching band members who cannot afford instruments, uniforms, and travel expenses. People don’t realize that it costs about $108,000 just for marching season (Sept.-Nov.) and they only get $24,000 in funding. All the rest has to be paid out of pocket by the students and their parents which is very difficult in this community.

Music has been in my life since the age of five and I always strive to do well. I wouldn’t want anyone who loves music to not be able to play just because they cannot afford it. Helping these kids will help them pursue what they want and play where their hearts desire.
